Re-Domicilation explained

Cayman Islands

The transition of a Cayman Islands company to Hong Kong is now a streamlined process under Hong Kong’s inward re-domiciliation regime.

By moving its place of incorporation to Hong Kong, the company retains its full legal identity, history, and contractual obligations, effectively becoming a Hong Kong-incorporated entity without the need for a complex liquidation or asset transfer.
